ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist and work with Co-Directors and other staff in all areas of the organization

Administration
• Responsible for overseeing and changing the office telephone system and voice mail when necessary
• Responsible for out-going mail
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, forward messages to staff and co- directors
• Produce and mail all printed materials and camper communications (including newsletter, brochures, and flyers)

Facilities
• Assist with the coordination of facilities rentals and management of communication with renters
• Oversee the maintenance of the site in conjunction with the Caretaker and Site Director

Special Projects
• Work with Co-Directors and other staff as needed on various special projects

Miscellaneous
• Keep the farmhouse clean


QUALIFICATIONS:
• An understanding of computer programs (Word, Access, Excel, Publisher, Photoshop)
• Basic understanding of office equipment
• Good phone and people skills
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Good organizational skills
• Able to prioritize, follow through, and complete tasks
• Reliable and dependable
• Willing to work cooperatively with all staff
• Design background helpful
