Annual Meeting

The 2017 Annual Meeting Weekend will be held October 27-29.

Annual Meeting Weekend is an opportunity to contribute to the collective vision for Common Ground Center while visiting with friends and enjoying the gorgeous fall foliage! At each year's annual meeting, we gather input on varous topics from our community and elect new members to our board of directors.

Tentative Schedule:

Friday

Arrival (no meal provided but snacks available)

Board games and hang out by the fire

Saturday

8:30-9:00 Light breakfast

9:00-12:00 Volunteer Service Projects

12:15-1:15 Lunch

1:30-4:00 Annual Meeting & Board Election

5:30 Dinner & Barn Dance

Sunday

8:30-9:00 Light breakfast

9:00-12:00 Volunteer Service Projects/ Board training (board members & available staff only)

12:15-1:15 Lunch, Hugs, and Goodbyes!

For those staying onsite for the full weekend there is a cost that includes Friday and Saturday night lodging in the Eco-Lodge and all meals.  $75 for ages 18 and up, $50 for ages 13-17, and $25 for ages 12 and under. 

We encourage those not spending the night to consider a modest donation to cover the cost of meals and refreshments

 

Please note that childcare can be arranged - let us know by October 23 if you'll be needing childcare.
