Common Ground Center Retreat Rates and Rules

Rental includes use of property and all spaces listed on the facilities page. Sports equipment, toys and games are available for renters’ use. Facilities are unheated. The Kitchen, Dining Hall, Kid Barn and Bathhouse have electricity. All of the shared facilities and several of the cabins are handicapped accessible.

First night $1200
Following nights $1000
$500 security deposit required

Kitchen rental $200/day or let us prepare 3 delicious meals a day plus snacks for $35 per person per day (minimum 25 people).

Discounts for smaller groups and day rates are possible. Please contact us for details.

Vermont weather makes our retreat suitable for most people from mid-May through mid-October.
