Everyone belongs at camp.

Common Ground Center is proud to partner with Outright Vermont to host two six-day, five-night residential summer camp sessions for queer, trans, questioning, and allied youth. We welcome folks from throughout the U.S. and beyond, with campers that range from age 13-17 and counselors-in-training ages 18-19. You don’t need to identify as LGTBQ+ to come to camp; straight allies are also welcome.

Experience an incredible community – created by you.

Camp Outright offers traditional summer camp activities including arts, hiking, swimming, drama, yoga, campfires, talent show, and more, along with workshops and discussion groups geared specifically toward meeting needs identified by LGBTQQA youth. Campers will have the opportunity to be outdoorsy, creative, dramatic, artistic, athletic, goofy, and most of all, yourself!

It was more refreshing that I could have imagined to be in a place totally surrounded by queer people! The counselors were so welcoming and accepting and supportive.”
